Your own experience

Write about a country you have lived in, worked in, studied in or visited. Choose Visitor / Tourist for a visit and explain when and where you stayed. Rate only categories you know firsthand. Positive and negative experiences are welcome.

Respectful contributions

Do not submit hate, threats, harassment, personal attacks, private contact details, impersonation, advertisements, copied text, fabricated experiences or duplicate submissions. Criticism of services and living conditions is welcome when expressed respectfully.

Moderation

Reviews are checked before publication. A negative opinion alone is not a reason for rejection. Moderators can approve, reject or return a review to the queue. They do not silently rewrite the original account or change its ratings.

Publication and translation

You retain ownership of your words and permit us to display your review and ratings, and create and display translations, while the review remains published. Approved review titles and text may be sent to DeepL for translation. A translation can be corrected without changing the original. Do not include private information in your review.

Reports and removal

Send the review address and the reason for your report to info@lifeincountries.com. You can remove your own review and its translations using its review ID and private management code.
