Review information

We store the display name, country, city or region, perspective, time living in the country, review title, text, ratings and timestamps that you submit. Approved reviews are public. We do not request an email address for review submission.

Cookies and security

We use an essential session cookie to protect forms and administrator sign-ins. We do not include advertising cookies, analytics scripts or third-party fonts. For short-term rate limiting we store keyed, one-way identifiers derived from an IP address rather than a raw IP address in the application database. Hosting infrastructure may separately retain access and security logs.

Management codes

Your review management code is shown once and stored only as a one-way hash. Keep it private: anyone with the code and review ID can remove that review. You do not need to create an account.

Retention and removal

Approved reviews remain until removed. Pending and rejected submissions are removed after 90 days. Rate-limit records expire automatically through scheduled cleanup. Moderation records are retained for 365 days and contain decisions and internal notes, not copies of deleted review text.

Use Manage your review to remove a review immediately from the live site. Backup copies and hosting logs follow the hosting retention policy and are not erased immediately. Contact us for correction, access or a removal request if you lose your code; we may need to verify your request.

Hosting

The site is intended to be hosted through Web Hosting Canada. Infrastructure providers process data needed to deliver and protect the service. Contact the operator for the deployed hosting location and retention details.
